Bette was my step-grandma, but known as 'Auntie Bette' or 'The Queen B' to me. She was a really influential person in my life and I will remember her very fondly. I would like to thank her for her wicked sense of humour. I think she taught me a thing or two! I will miss her laugh and her telling it like it is. And more recently, her wise words.
